Payment
- Payment is due at the time of the order.
- The accepted methods of payment are: bank card, bank transfer, or any means offered on the website.
- No order will be validated without confirmation of payment.

- Any cancellation of an order before shipment is possible by contacting our customer service at least 24 hours before the shipping date.
- In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer may request a refund or an exchange within 2 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.

- The customer has a period of 07 days after receipt of the product to exercise their right of return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
